Bruce Donald Gemmell, chartered accountant, and Rhys James Cain, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed liquidators of ECR CANTERBURY LIMITED by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant
to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on
13 February 2014 at 10.18am.
We fix 13 March 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
