Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Derek Ah Sam, chartered accountant, and Garry Whimp, insolvency practitioner, were appointed joint and several liquidators of ASW PROJECTS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Hamilton, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 10 February 2014 at 12.03pm.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidators of ASW PROJECTS LIMITED (in liquidation) fix 28 March 2014 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
