Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Make Claims
On 31 January 2014, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that WAIKATO COMMERCIAL INTERIORS LIMITED be liquidated and that Barry White, of Auckland, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 31 January 2014 at 7.00am.
The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 7 March 2014.
