The above-named solvent company was placed into liquidation by a special resolution of shareholders dated the 18th day of December 2013 at 9.00am, on the basis that
the reasons for which the company was incorporated have now passed.
Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Sharlene Maree Bryant and William David Sawers were appointed joint and several liquidators pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators fix 14 February 2014 as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
