On 4 February 2014 at 12.00 midday, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders that CHANCERY CAFE' LIMITED be liquidated and that John Albert Price be appointed for that purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts
Notice is given that the liquidator does fix 7 March 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
