Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Bruce Donald Gemmell, chartered accountant, and Rhys James Cain, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed liquidators of ROSEY’S HEIGHTS LIMITED by the High Court at Palmerston North, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 11 December 2014 at 10.35am.

We fix 12 January 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
