Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Malcolm Grant Hollis and David Murray Blanchett, chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of ULTRA LOGGING 2006 LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Rotorua, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 9 December 2014 at 10.49am.

We fix 30 January 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
