Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 8 December 2014, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that CR (2014) LIMITED be liquidated and that Craig McCoy and Bevan Ralfe, chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed as joint and several liquidators for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 8 December 2014 at 2.30pm.
