Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

On 8 December 2014, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that THAI CHEF 2006 LIMITED be liquidated and that Barry White and Tamina Cunningham-Adams, of Auckland, be appointed liquidators.

The liquidation commenced on 8 December 2014 at 9.10am.

The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 31 January 2015.
