Jeremy Michael Morley and John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed
joint and several liquidators of MANNERS PROPERTY INVESTMENT LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Wellington, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 4 February 2014 at 11.13am.
We fix 14 March 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
