Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, the members of the above-named society, on 29 November 2014 at 11.45am, appointed Victoria Toon, chartered accountant of Auckland, as liquidator of the above-named society.

The undersigned does hereby fix 16 January 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the society are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
