Malcolm Grant Hollis and Maurice George Noone, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of ACTIVE BLOCKED DRAINS LIMITED
(in liquidation) by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 4 February 2014 at 10.58am.
We fix 18 March 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
