Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 18 November 2014 at 11.30am, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that ALEXANDER COMMUNICATIONS LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, certified practising accountant of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
