Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 12 November 2014 at 1.44pm, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that MAQBOOL X 3 COMPANY LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, certified practising accountant of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
