Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993

On 29 October 2014, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that PACIFIC NETWORK GLOBAL LOGISTICS LIMITED be liquidated and that Robin Winston Hargrave, of Moore Stephens Markhams Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 6 November 2014.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 4 December 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to prove any debts or claims and establish priority to any claims they may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.

Creditors and shareholders may direct enquiries to the liquidator during normal business hours at the address and contact numbers stated below.
