Malcolm Grant Hollis and Jeremy Michael Morley, chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of A TOUCH OF PAINT LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 13 November 2014 at 10.27am.

We fix 30 January 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
