Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that on 31 January 2014 at
10.05am, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Kevyn Botes, chartered secretary, and Keith Mawdsley, chartered accountant, of I-Business Recovery Limited, were appointed as joint and several liquidators of NORVEC NZ LIMITED (in liquidation) by an order of the High Court at Auckland.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 31 March 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
