Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Tony Pattison, of Napier, and Jeremy Morley, of Wellington, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of MA & PA LOGGING LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Gisbourne, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 10 November 2014 at 10.25am.

We fix Monday 8 December 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
