Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Malcolm Grant Hollis, of Christchurch, and Jeremy Michael Morley, of Wellington, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of C.N.C. TECHNICAL SERVICES LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Timaru, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 10 November 2014 at 11.10am.

We fix 30 January 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
