Notice is hereby given that Kevin Harold Peterson, insolvency practitioner, was appointed liquidator of E-GREEN NZ LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland on 10 October 2014 at 11.31am, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidator fixes 21 November 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company can claim or establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
