Notice of Appointment of Liquidators 

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

We, Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountant, and Colin Anthony Gower, insolvency practitioner, both of BDO Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company by special resolution of the shareholders on 28 October 2014 at 9.00am.

The directors have signed a certificate, under section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, stating that the company is solvent.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is hereby given that, as joint and several liquidators of the above-named company, we fix 12 December 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
