Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

In accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Thomas Lee Rodewald, chartered accountant of Tauranga, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company on 28 October 2014 at 10.10am by the High Court at Whangarei.

The liquidator fixes Friday 9 January 2015 as the day by which creditors are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
