HUDSON HOSPITALITY INVESTMENTS LIMITED (in liquidation)
David Blanchett, of Hamilton, and Malcolm Hollis, of Christchurch, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of HUDSON HOSPITALITY INVESTMENTS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Hamilton, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 28 October 2014 at 12.22pm.
We fix 25 November 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
