Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that EAGLE STEEL DESIGNS LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered to be put into liquidation by order of the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 3 October 2014.

Wayne John Deuchrass and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators to act jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 3 October 2014 at 10.55am.
