Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that by an order of the High Court at Christchurch on 13 October 2014 at 5.29pm, Wayne John Deuchrass and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of GIBBSTON DOWNS WINES LIMITED (in liquidation) in the place of Kevin Desmond Newson.

The liquidation originally commenced on 25 March 2014 at 10.25am.
