Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that THE TILE PLACE 2006 LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 13 October 2014 to be put into liquidation.

Paul William Gerrard Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 13 October 2014 at 11.45am.
