John Fisk and Colin McCloy, chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of VINCENT AVIATION LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) by the High Court at Wellington, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 28 October 2014 at 11.07am.

We fix Friday 28 November 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
