Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Malcolm Grant Hollis, of Christchurch, and Jeremy Michael Morley, of Wellington, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of GE-CO EXPLORATION LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Invercargill, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 23 October 2014 at 12.03pm.

We fix 28 November 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
