On 28 October 2014, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that WHITBY HOLDINGS LIMITED be liquidated and that Anne Lynette Marett, chartered accountant of Ashburton, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 28 October 2014.
