The Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”)

Notice is hereby given that Peter Reginald Jollands and Catherine Jane Jollands, certified practising accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of KEYMAX LIMITED (in liquidation) on 13 October 2014 at 12.32pm, by a resolution of the shareholders in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators hereby fix 21 November 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under sections 312 and 313 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
