Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 283(8) of the Companies Act 1993, Timothy Wilson Downes, chartered accountant, and Gregory John Sherriff, certified practising accountant, both of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of EMILY PROJECTS LIMITED, EMILY LOANS LIMITED and EMILY MORTGAGES LIMITED (all in liquidation).

These appointments were in place of Christopher Robert Ross Horton, who had previously been appointed as liquidator on 22 December 2011 at 1.00pm and who resigned as liquidator on 15 October 2014 at 5.41pm.
