Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

In accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Thomas Lee Rodewald, chartered accountant of Tauranga, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by the High Court at Christchurch on 9 October 2014 at 10.32am.

The liquidator fixes Friday 5 December 2014 as the day on or before which creditors are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
