Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators

CHROME PLATERS LIMITED was placed into liquidation by the High Court at Timaru, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 16 September 2014 at 11.20am, and Malcolm Grant Hollis and Jeremy Michael Morley are the appointed joint and several replacement liquidators of the company.

Our appointment followed the appointment of Michael Keyse and Craig Melhuish, who resigned as liquidators on 8 October 2014.
