Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of MELHAM LIMITED (in liquidation) upon the resignation of Vivian Judith Fatupaito and Shaun Neil Adams, under section 283 of the Companies Act 1993, on 3 October 2014 at 4.00pm.
We fix 17 November 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
