Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Peter William Byers, chartered accountant of Kerikeri, was appointed liquidator of GRAHAM CUMMING LIMITED.
The liquidation commenced on 15 January 2014 at 10.00am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes
4 March 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors
of the company are to make their claims and to establish
any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
