Notice to Creditors to Claim
Malcolm Grant Hollis, of Christchurch, and Jeremy Michael Morley, of Wellington, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of RANGIUAIA SHEARING LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Invercargill, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 25 September 2014 at 12.09pm.
We fix 6 November 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
