David Blanchett and Colin McCloy, chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of OHIWA DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Tauranga, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 22 July 2014 at 4.48pm.
We fix Friday 24 October 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
