Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that WANAKA ALE HOUSE LIMITED
(in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Invercargill, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 25 September 2014 to be put into liquidation.
Paul William Gerrard Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 25 September 2014 at 12.05pm.
