Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 22 January 2014, it was resolved by special resolution
of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that OE CAFE LIMITED be liquidated and that Hamish John Pryde and Brent Thomas Dickins, of CS Insolvency, a division of Coombe Smith (PN) Limited, Chartered Accountants, Palmerston North, be appointed liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on 22 January 2014 at 5.00pm.
The liquidators have fixed Monday 10 March 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date declared may be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
