Jeremy Morley and John Fisk, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of ESSENCE BEAUTY THERAPY (2004) LIMITED
(in liquidation) by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 25 September 2014 at 12.53pm.
We fix Friday 24 October 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
