Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that the above-named companies entered into liquidation by duly signed entries in the minute books of the companies on the date and times below:

MT BLOODSTOCK LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.25am.
PACIFIC ISLANDS PARTNERSHIP LIMITED
(in liquidation) at 10.30am.
FAR HORIZONS RESORTS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.35am.
LUNA CARPARKS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.40am.
AVOCADO PROJECTS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.45am.
RODNEY INVESTMENTS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.50am.
HOBSON CARPARK HOLDING COMPANY LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.00am.
THE AUCKLAND BLUES BOX LIMITED
(in liquidation) at 11.05am.
The following special resolutions were passed by each of the companies, namely:
(a) that the company has ceased trading and it is reasonable to wind up, and that the company be wound up forthwith.
(b) that Michael William Hartley, of Auckland, be appointed liquidator of the company.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given by the liquidator of the above-named companies that have been placed in voluntary liquidation that he does hereby fix 28 October 2014 at 4.00pm as the date and time by which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.
