Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Tony Pattison, of Napier, and Jeremy Morley, of Wellington, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of TUMANAKO ENTERPRISE LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Gisborne, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 23 September 2014 at 11.06am.
We fix 21 October 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
