Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 255(2)(a) of
the Companies Act 1993, that Andrew Marchel Oorschot was appointed liquidator of MODERN ARCHITECTURE PARTNERS (2008) LIMITED by a resolution of the shareholders, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of
the Companies Act 1993, with effect from 23 September 2014 at 10.00am.
The company is non-trading and is being wound up for restructuring purposes only and the directors have signed a certificate confirming the company is solvent.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that as liquidator of MODERN ARCHITECTURE PARTNERS (2008) LIMITED, I fix
23 October 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
