Jeremy Morley and Richard Longman, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of T.P.MANU LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Blenheim, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 23 September 2014 at 10.40am.
We fix Friday 24 October 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
