Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Ian Oliver Caddis, insolvency practitioner and solicitor
of Wellington, was appointed liquidator of S.NYDAM PLUMBING, GASFITTING & DRAINAGE (1994) LIMITED (in liquidation) on 17 September 2014 at 5.55pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator has fixed 22 October 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
