Kelera Nayacakalou was appointed liquidator of O'BRIEN PROPERTY HAMILTON LIMITED (in liquidation) by
the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 11 August 2014 and resigned
on 18 September 2014 at 2.45pm, and appointed David Murray Blanchett and Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountants, as her successors, pursuant to section 283 of the Act.
We fix 31 October 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
