Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Craig William Melhuish and Michael John Keyse, chartered accountants of HFK Limited, were appointed liquidators of the companies by orders of the High Court at Christchurch on the date and times below:

Notice to Creditors to Claim
The liquidators fix 18 October 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are able to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
Any creditor holding a security interest over the assets of these companies should urgently contact the liquidator.
