Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
We, Jonathan Wilgermein and Andrew Bethell, chartered accountants of BDO Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company by
a special resolution of the shareholders on 25 August 2014 at 4.00pm.
The directors of the above-named company have signed a certificate, under section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, stating that this company is solvent.

Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies
Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that as joint liquidators of the
above-named company, we fix 16 October 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
