Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
David Bridgman and Colin McCloy, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of RETVA LIMITED (in liquidation) by the creditors of the company, pursuant to section 241(2)(d) of the Companies Act 1993, on 8 September 2014 at 12.15pm.
We fix 20 October 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
