Malcolm Grant Hollis, of Christchurch, and Jeremy Michael Morley, of Wellington, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of NEIL CLARK ELECTRICAL LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High
Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of
the Companies Act 1993, on 4 September 2014 at 10.23am.
We fix 20 October 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
